Rated 91 - The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs has acquired a wonderful richness and toastiness since I last tasted it a year ago. The wine blossoms onto the palate in a rich, expansive style. This is another terrific and utterly delicious Blanc de Blancs from the 2004 vintage. The wine is drinking beautifully today but also has the freshness to provide plenty of enjoyment for at least several years. The Brut Blanc de Blancs is 100% 2004 fruit fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled with 7 grams of dosage. Disgorged: May, 2007.
