The mousse remains rather fine and elegant, providing a lovely counterpoint to the wine's otherwise extroverted personality. The Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is Pinot Noir from the Les Crayeres lieu-dit in Ambonnay that spent 48 months on its lees and was disgorged in July, 2008.
